Tommy's, the baby charity, is a wonderful organisation that believes every baby deserves the best start in life. Tommy's funds research into premature birth, miscarriage and stillbirths, as well as providing free pregnancy health information to parents-to-be and health professionals. It is astonishing that each year 1 in 5 pregnancies ends in miscarriage, 1 in 200 babies is stillborn and everyday 100 babies are born too early or too small. Our contribution is helping to pay for vital research to reduce these worrying figures.
To date EBP has donated £350,000 to Tommy's, the baby charity. This year we hope to raise £55,000. We have a three year contract (2004-2007) to contribute a further £190,000 to Tommy's over this period.
By the end of 2007 we will have paid Tommy's over £540,000 just from the donation of used inkjet cartridges.
Why not give us a call on 0800 435576 (only in the UK) or complete our online form below to receive a range of material to remind people to send in their used cartridges:
All you have to do is to put your inkjet cartridges and/or mobile phones into the recycling bags and pop them in the post. In the case of large laser cartridges please strap a minimum of 3 together and use a pre-paid post laser label. If however you can gather 10 or more laser cartridges, 20 or more inkjet cartridges or 15 or more mobile phones we will be happy to organise a free collection.
